He and the CSID team were able to grow the business to profitability within three years of start-up, generating a market value in excess of $140 million within 5 years of start-up with only $3.5M in investment capital. The company’s value has continued to grow with revenues approaching $100M.

The company was recently awarded a patent on it’s Innovator™ Framing product and has two pending patents on its Eco-Classic™ framing product and its waterless septic system. The waterless septic system costs 90% less than traditional septic systems, eliminates the black water and has a significantly lower cost of operations and maintenance. When combined with gray water recycling and rain water catchment, the system allows a home or commercial building to be off-the-grid for a total cost that is less than traditional septic. When you consider all the water problems we are having in California and around the world, this becomes a very big solution. The company has recently reached its break-even point and is in the process of securing outside investors. In support of the company’s mission, it was recently awarded the trademark, “you don’t have to lose your green to go green™”
